If you had access to the President or Queen and they gave you an instruction to carry out an assignment. Do you think that they will not supply everything required to support what they have told you to do? If you had a child and you asked them to do something; say for example you asked them to continue their studies in a certain area of interest would you not pay the necessary allowance for their up-keeping? If you look through scripture; wherever the Lord gave an instruction; He always gave the support. If our earthly Fathers would fund what they instruct us to do; how much more our heavenly Father, the Father of glory!. In the Old Testament we can clearly see that when the Lord said “don’t go” and the children of Israel went they got defeated. Now here we see Moses giving a final summary of events to the children of Israel before his departure: Deuteronomy 1; 42- 44 42 And the Lord said unto me, Say unto them. Go not up, neither fight; for I am not among you; lest ye be smitten before your enemies. 43 So I spake unto you; and ye would not hear, but rebelled against the commandment of the Lord, and went presumptuously up into the hill. 44 And the Amorites, which dwelt in that mountain, came out against you, and chased you, as bees do, and destroyed you in Seir, even unto Hormah. Proverbs 21; 31 reads “31 The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the Lord”. This is why we need to learn to commit all our ways unto the Lord and do only what the Lord has asked us to do. It is then that we get heavenly support. We must remember that while we do have angels that minister and help us (Hebrews 1; 14 & Revelation 22; 9); they hearken unto the voice of His Word (Psalm 103; 20). They work according to Gods plan; His Word. We can see further examples of this in Scripture: These are part of Moses summaries of events to the children of Israel: Deuteronomy; 2; 4- 5; 9 4 And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be afraid of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore: 5 Meddle not with them; for I will not give you of their land, no, not so much as a foot breadth; because I have given mount Seir unto Esau for a possession. 9 And the Lord said unto me, Distress not the Moabites, neither contend with them in battle: for I will not give thee of their land for a possession; because I have given Ar unto the children of Lot for a possession. When the Lord gave them the instruction to take a land; they had great victory: Numbers 33; 51- 33 51 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan; 52 Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places: 53 And ye shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it. Deuteronomy; 1; 6-8 6 The Lord our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount: 7 Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates. 8 Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them. There is a reason why the scriptures say: In all your ways acknowledge Him and HE will direct they path (Proverbs 3; 6). During the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ; Our Lord said that He can do nothing of Himself: John 5; 19 " Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. Could this be the reason why we are not getting the results we should be getting? When Peter toiled all night and caught nothing; at the Word of Jesus Christ our Lord Peter wasn’t even able to handle all the fish he caught in his net (Luke 5; 5) Whenever the Lord gave the Word to go; the children of Israel always won . Is this why David always asked? Should l pursue them (1 Samuel 30; 8) before he went to war? We have to follow the same principle and only go and do what the Lord instructs us to do. Someones else's battle may not be your battle. When the Lord says yes; then you know that you are in a good fight of faith because you have the Lord on your side and you win. Never back down from what the Lord has shown you. You may need to ask for strategies; but as long as the Lord has given the command. Stay in there. You have divine support and help is at hand. Thanks heavens for divine support. It sometimes seems like the instructions are bigger than we can handle. But God is bigger!

"If you look through scripture; wherever the Lord gave an instruction; He always gave the support. If our earthly Fathers would fund what they instruct us to do; how much more our heavenly Father, the Father of glory!." - That makes a lot of sense! And it is so true. Sometimes as a Christian, it is easy to think that God's calling is too complicated or I'm not equipped enough to do it. But, isn't about me, all the Glory to God! Thank you for your writing. God bless!

I imagine most Christians are aware of this principle, but the challenge seems to be understanding what their Divine assignment is. Nevertheless when that is clear, we see that He provides all that is needed.

Bisi; powerful truth. Some believers make the mistake of thinking that they can just "decree a thing" and expect God to rubber stamp their decrees. But our actions must be compliant with God's instructions if we want to be assured that He will bless us with the wherewithal for success. If we lean to our own understanding, all bets are off.
