The Bible in so many words tell us who we really are.
It is so important for us to see ourselves the way we are after the spirit.
Now let us insert ourselves into these scriptures:
There are times that the Lord speaks to us; He gives a promise or reveals the intentions of His heart to us; only for us to sit and wait for it to happen.
However did you realise that sometimes the Lord is waiting for us to respond to what He has said or declared over us?
Whether you realise it or not, as a Christian you are a soldier of Christ. The bible calls us soldiers of Jesus Christ (2 Timothy 2; 3-4).
A soldier represents another country and defends and fights for it.
Soldiers don’t live for themselves. If you look through scripture, many verses confirm and have the characteristics of a life of a soldier.
What is the difference between “refuge” and “habitation”?
A refuge is a place where a person goes temporarily for relief from something, in most cases relief from some sort of harm. A habitation is a permanent dwelling place.
Let’s have a look at this scripture:
Exodus 2; 15
Now when Pharaoh heard this thing, he sought to slay Moses. But Moses fled from the face of Pharaoh, and dwelt in the land of Midian: and he sat down by a well.
Do you realise that the clouds speak tremendous truth?
Here is some beauty you can behold from the clouds!
Jesus is coming back with clouds!
Revelation 1: 7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
Matthew 26; 64 Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
