![]() Let’s have a look at this scripture: Exodus 2; 15 Now when Pharaoh heard this thing, he sought to slay Moses. But Moses fled from the face of Pharaoh, and dwelt in the land of Midian: and he sat down by a well. ![]() Moses had just fled Egypt as it was found out that he killed an Egyptian. Moses previously was not aware that what he did had been made known. Moses went to sit by a well in the land of Midian, that’s all he could do. He had nowhere to go, so all he could do was to position himself rightly. At the well, Moses did what he knew how; he helped the daughters of the priest of Midian draw water and drive away the shepherds (Exodus 2; 16- 17). This got the attention of their father as when they got back home they reported that an Egyptian had helped them. This is how Moses ended up staying with them and married one of his daughters (Exodus 2; 19 – 21). The Lord through this prepared a place for Moses to stay. Moses did what he knew how and the Lord did what Moses could not do. Provide a shelter in Midian. Another miracle at the well. Part 1 can be found from here Position yourself! Do what you know how and leave the rest to the Lord. Bisi Oladipupo

Great post. It's important to be faithful and obedient to what God is saying. I love Moses, he's so relatable. Even though he was afraid he chose to obey God. Thanks for sharing this post🙂
